Discover the secrets of the entrails of Logrosán guided by the knowledge of one of the most illustrious of geologists.
The Vicente Sos Baynat Geological and Mining Museum is located in the mining complex of the Costanaza mine and was created after it broke away from the former Logrosán Museum, now the Logrosán Archive. In the museum various collections of minerals can be observed, among which one didactic, another one of minerals of the world, one more of minerals of Extremadura and, of course, a specific collection of minerals of Logrosán.
You will also be able to find out more about the figure of Vicente Sos Baynat by visiting his biographical space, learn about the fossils of Las Villuercas or make an incursion into the fascinating world of palaeontology.
