The Valencia de Alcántara bullring was built in the late 19th century and the building still has many of its original elements.
The heritage of the village of Valencia de Alcántara in the province of Cáceres includes its bullring, built in 1884. This is one of the most representative buildings of this municipality and has a two-storey structure. The first one has a capacity for 2,500 people and the second for 1,000. The bullring still has the corrals for fighting bulls, stables, an infirmary, a chapel and other rooms.
