Tobacco used to be cultivated in the Biosphere Reserve of Monfragüe and this interpretation centre will explain how it was made.
The Haza de la Concepción estate has several tobacco dryers. At the entrance to one of them, there is an interpretation centre, thanks to which you can learn about the importance of this crop in Extremadura, and also the operational system applied to its cultivation and production. You can complement your tour by following one of the routes around the property and getting to know a typical large estate with areas of dehesa and rivers.
