This park is located inside the town of Cáceres and makes a good alternative as a place for taking a stroll.
Situated between Avenida Hernán Cortés and Avenida Rodríguez de Ledesma, the Parque del Príncipe is extremely well integrated into the town of Cáceres. It is a very pleasant space due to the pond in the centre and the open-air sculpture museum, which you can contemplate as you stroll around it. And there is also a botanical garden beside the main entrance, and at the end stands the fountain known as La Madrila.
