It is well worth taking a stroll along this modern boulevard, where water and vegetation are the main features.
If you visit the town of Don Benito, in Badajoz, take a stroll along the boulevard known as Bulevar del Pilar. The palm trees that shade you along the way have been declared Singular Trees of Extremadura because of their height and age. Some of them are more than 50 years old, and rise up to a height of 10 to 15 metres
